AML Policy

1. FlyPay service adheres to practices and measures in the field of combating money laundering (AML - Anti-Money Laundering) and the financing of terrorism.

2. The purpose of these measures is to demonstrate that FlyPay takes any attempts to use its service for illegal purposes seriously.

3. The service warns users against attempting to use the FlyPay service to launder money obtained through criminal means, finance terrorism, commit any kind of fraud, or purchase prohibited goods and services.

Transactions related to the following resources will be blocked as they will not pass AML verification:

OMG!OMG!, MEGA DARKNET MARKET, 1xBit, Black Sprut, FreeBitcoin, Primedice, Stake, Hydra, Wasabi, DuelBits, WEX Exchange, Garantex, NVSPC, Tornado, Gandhiji.io, DuckDice, Roobet, Bitzlato, Yolo Group, Chiper Mixer, BTC-e, and any cryptocurrency mixers.

4. To prevent illegal operations, the Service sets specific requirements for all User Requests:

4.1. The sender and recipient of the Payment in the Request must be the same person. Transfers to third parties using the Service are strictly prohibited.

4.2. All contact information entered by the User in the Request, as well as other personal information transmitted to the Service by the User, must be current and completely accurate.

4.3. Creating Requests by the User using anonymous proxy servers or any other anonymous internet connections is strictly prohibited.

5. In case of reasonable suspicions by the Service administration that a user is attempting to use the Service for money laundering or any other illegal operations, the administration has the right to:

5.1. Suspend the execution of the user's exchange operation.

5.2. Request from the user identity documents and other information related to payments:

  • a photo of one of the documents (passport, ID card, or driver's license);
  • a selfie with this document and a sheet on which today's date is handwritten and signed;
  • residential address;
  • email address;
  • social media contact;
  • phone number.

5.3. Provide complete information on how funds were received:

  • if possible, provide screenshots from the wallet/platform's withdrawal history, as well as links to both transactions in the explorer;
  • for what service you received the funds;
  • the amount of the transaction, as well as the date and time it was conducted;
  • through which contact person you communicated with the sender of the funds (if possible, provide screenshots of correspondence with the sender, where we can see confirmation of sending funds).

6. In the event of blockages due to high risk or official investigation, funds will be withheld until the completion of verification or investigation. For these purposes, the Service reserves the right to collect user identification information to comply with the AML Policy.

7. After confirming the user's identity or completing the investigation, the Service may refuse to provide services to the user if the Service's services are used for illegal activities.

8. The verification process may take 10 or more business days.

9. All information provided by the client may be transferred to the relevant authorities in the following cases:

  • at the request of law enforcement agencies;
  • by decision of courts of various instances;
  • at the request of payment system administrations.
